» How does Naira4pm work?

You may have to create a Naira4pm account first, before you can be allowed to do any transaction on the website. To do this however, you need to visit the Sign Up page and register with your correct information.

» What is E-currency?

E-currency, also known as Digital currency is a form of currency or medium of exchange that is electronically created and stored. You can think of e-currency as Internet money. Buying and selling products and services on the Internet are possible because of e-currencies.

» Can I start using my account immediately?

YES, you can start using your account immediately to fund and withdraw from your e-wallet accounts. However, there is a funding limit of $500 per day, applicable to UN-VERIFIED accounts. But No limitation applies to your withdrawals. To get your account verified, you need to upload your ID showing your full name and a utility bill showing your address. The name and address on your documents must match with your sign up information.

» What type of Identity Card and Utility bill do you accept?

To get your account verified, you need to upload any government issued ID showing your full name and date of birth (this can be International Passport, Driver License, National ID card or Permanent Voters card) and a Utility bill showing your address (e.g. Water bill, Electricity Bill, Waste Bill, Bank statement etc). Please note that no other form of document will be accepted apart from the listed.

» How long does it take for my account to be verified after I submit my documents?

Instantly (Including Weekends and Public Holidays). If you receive no response after 24hrs, please Contact our support team through any of the channels listed at the support section of the website.

» Do I need to verify my account to withdraw or sell my e-currency on your website?

No. Withdrawing your e-currency or selling it to us does not require any verification. We assume A.M.L policy still holds since you will be accepting cash into your own very bank account. However, your banking details must match the name on your profile (name supplied during the registration). So, you can register and sell your e-currency to us immediately after registration.

» How long does it take for my e-currency account to be credited?

Your e-currency account will be credited as soon as we confirm your payment. However, customers should be aware that sometimes it takes bank hours to get funds settled into our bank accounts for some reasons or there may be transactions in queue at our desk which need to be attended before yours. We urge customers to wait for at least 5hrs after deposit before submitting any complaint of funding. Bulk purchases are processed within a period of 24 - 48 hours.

» Can I have more Naira4pm account?

No you cannot. We encourage a single account per customer only. This is to prevent duplicate and redundant accounts and to prevent money laundering. Customers are advised to verify their account so that they will be able to fund any amount without limitation. Also, customer can fund unlimited e-wallet accounts per day.

» Can I come to your office and pay?

No, Naira4pm is strictly an online based e-wallet exchange service. Most of our senior personnel at times work from the comfort of their different homes. Our offices are available for Naira4pm staff only and NO Staff is permitted to handle cash in the office. We accept payments strictly via the listed accounts and methods listed on the order section of our website

» What if I change my mind and what a Refund?

We can offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Please see Terms and conditions page for policy details. But note there will be no refund if your e-currency account has already been credited.

» I have just made a withdrawal, how long does it take you to credit to my bank account?

We offer same day withdrawal but sometimes this may be extended to 24hrs (Monday to Sunday).

» What is your working or support hours?

We work 8:00am to 6:00pm (Monday - Friday) and 10:00am - 4:00pm (Saturday-Sunday). Our Senior Personnel at times work from home at weekends

» What is a Order Reference?

Order Reference is a unique code for a particular transaction, either a funding or withdrawal and its very important to quote this number to our staff anytime you are requesting a help via email or on phone.
